Thank you for shopping with HOVERAir Thailand (“HOVERAir Thailand”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered within Thailand.

1. Order Processing

All products currently sold through our website are Ready to Ship unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Coverage

At this time, HOVERAir Thailand only ships within Thailand.

We currently do not support international shipping.

Orders with shipping addresses outside Thailand may be canceled automatically.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, estimated delivery time is generally 1–3 business days, depending on:

  • Destination area within Thailand
  • Courier operations and delivery schedules
  • External factors such as weather or holidays

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees and Taxes

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

As all shipments are domestic within Thailand, there are no import duties or customs fees.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete before placing your order.

HOVERAir Thailand is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be resent.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to battery regulations, courier limitations, or regional delivery conditions.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment where necessary for safety or legal compliance.
