1. Limited Warranty Coverage
HOVERAir Thailand provides a limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from:
- hoverairthailand.com
- Official HOVERAir Thailand stores
- Authorized dealers and partners in Thailand
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period.
2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated, the standard warranty period is:

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware malfunctions under normal use
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures not caused by user damage
If a product is determined to be defective under warranty, HOVERAir Thailand may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Replace with a refurbished equivalent
- Provide replacement parts
- Offer an alternative solution where appropriate
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Crash damage or impact damage
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or software
- Loss or theft
- Consumable parts subject to natural wear
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
This warranty also does not cover issues caused by:
- Improper operation
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Use outside intended operating conditions
- Acts of nature or external causes
5. Warranty Claim Process

If your product is outside the warranty period or the damage is not covered under warranty, we may still offer paid repair or replacement services where available.
